Beer Bottle Glass (Hard Caramel)


  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 2/3 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 1/3 cups water
  • 1/4 tsp cream of tartar


  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Combine all the ingredients in a large saucepan.

  3. Continuously stirring, bring to a boil on high heat and continue stirring.

  4. When the caramel has reached the desired color, immediately pour it out onto your prepared baking sheet.

  5. Let cool and harden.
