Red White Chocolate & Cherry Ganache

A dark-red ganache, perfect for the fake blood aesthetic.


  • 12 oz white chocolate (chips or chopped)
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup cherry juice


  1. In a double boiler, melt white chocolate

  2. Whisk in heavy whipping cream and cherry juice

  3. Let cool to lukewarm temperature before applying the drip to the cake
